When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 1-5 business days. Standard shipping to the United States takes 2-7 business days. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. All customs, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I get a refund?
We accept returns within 30 days from purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
Once we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
We've also partnered with Afterpay where you can pay over time. Afterpay lets you split the cost of your order into 4 equal installments, every 2 weeks. For more information on Afterpay you can visit www.afterpay.com/how-it-works.
Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Our shopping cart is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.
Can you customize a product for us?
We are currently unable to customize products for individual orders. If you'd like to place a bulk order please send an email to hello@cristinaalexander.com with more information.
